Activities Coordinator
We have a new opportunity for you to join the Springdene Group as a full time Engagement and Wellbeing Co-Ordinator at Spring Lane Care Home

Purpose of Role/Job Summary:

Plan and deliver a person centred, meaningful programme of activities to residents appropriate to the varied level of ability.

Aim to ensure that all residents in the home lead fulfilling lives, and that the programmes are enhanced through the life history approach and in-depth understanding of the interests of residents.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Plan and Deliver Personalised and Meaningful Activities
Record who is engaging in activity
Local community links, volunteers and placement students
Relative Communication, Promotion and social media
Multi-disciplinary team working
Developing the service

The normal weekly hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a half hour unpaid break. You will be expected to work one Sunday a month and occasional evenings. You will report to the Home Manager and Group Engagement Wellbeing Manager.

All duties must be carried out in compliance with Springdene's Policies & Procedures and in keeping with the company's vision and values.
