The Role
We are looking for a B6 Physiotherapist to work on admission avoidance and facilitating hospital discharge. Main aim MDT rehabilitation.

Skills & Abilities

Previous NHS experience.
HCPC registered.
Experience of working in community, experience in project work, audit and service improvement; teaching skills; partnership working.
Car driver and owner.
