To ensure all queries are dealt with; you will accurately log information on the system, arrange visits with the customer to enable managing the priority level and complete the relevant paperwork required; so, the ability to manage your workload effectively is essential.
You must be able to remain calm under pressure, highly organised with a high level of attention to detail and confident using all Microsoft packages.
