An Exciting role with the Community Services as a B3 Therapy assistant to provide Therapy, rehab and care to patients in the Community in their own homes
The Community Therapy team are looking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 Therapy Assistants to join our friendly, dedicated and dynamic team working in rehabilitation.
The service covers the west area of West Sussex, including Midhurst, Chichester, Witterings, Selsey, Arundel and Pulborough.
The posts can be full time or part time and the service covers 8am-8pm, seven days a week.
Full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

Assist in shaping the future clinical practice of the Community Therapy team
The service is continually developing and improving to meet the needs of our patients and commissioners.
Applicants should have experience of delivering care and/or rehabilitation to adults and older people with various needs.
The post holders will be required to support service developments and show flexibility when adapting to change.
Assist the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy staff in the treatment of specific patients
Take patients' observations
Have their own delegated patient caseload and clinical duties
Supervise exercise programmes and practise activities of daily living under the guidance of a therapist
Assess and treat patients according to protocols, monitoring their progression and making minor alterations to their treatment programmes as required
Work without direct supervision, reporting back patient progress and informing the therapist of any problems
