Here at Sefton CVS, our High Intensity Use of Services (HIU) team are looking to recruit a REDI Support Worker to join their existing team.


Sefton CVS and Mersey Care are currently delivering a project to support people with serious mental illness, who regularly use Community Mental Health Services.


We are excited to announce that we are seeking a forward thinking person to join our team, who can connect with people and provide 1:1 coaching to people who are going through difficult times.

The post holders must have two dominant skills;
- high emotional intelligence; to be able to connect with people quickly
- be an excellent negotiator; with services and professionals as well as service users


You will work with a small team of other colleagues with a range of skillsets to support people to navigate their way through the complex health and social care environment, removing the barriers that may impede self-management and helping to embed coping strategies.


The role will require you to build strong relationships with the Sefton community, healthcare professionals, working closely with CMHT, GPs, link workers and other multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate joint working to ensure that creative, sustainable and person-centred support is given.


First stage interviews will take place via Zoom and are currently TBC.

Second stage interviews will be in person are are currently TBC.

Salary:
£26,484.00 per year
