Support the development and implementation of procedural guidelines to ensure an effective and efficient Pension Administration service is provided and adequately maintained Train and supervise team members on a day-to-day basis in all aspects of pensions work ensuring awareness of changes derived from circulars, user notices and new legislation Provide assistance in the overall management and supervision to all activities undertaken within the Payroll Section when covering for absent colleagues Maintaining an effective working relationship with other members of the team, external organisations and fellow colleagues to deliver a professional service focused on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction In association with the Head of Payroll &Pensions, plan, manage, allocate and co-ordinate the workload of the pensions teamMore jobs from Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust
