As a Junior Dispatcher, you'll be instrumental in managing workflow and ensuring seamless coordination across our service desk. You'll work closely with our Dispatch Manager to maintain top-notch service standards and exceed client expectations.


Duties and Responsibilities:
From monitoring operations activity to facilitating cross-departmental communications, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising our team's efficiency. Your tasks will range from reallocating resources for optimal resolution to dispatching tickets with precision.


Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
Your professionalism, ability to thrive under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. If you excel in multitasking, problem-solving, and fostering team motivation, you're exactly who we're looking for. Experience in major incident management and working with Microsoft technologies is a plus
