An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Training & Rota Administrator within the department.Arrange delivery of training to clinical staff for their Sexual Health accreditation and rota management for the medical staffing/on-call rota in conjunction with the Medical Staffing Team Leader.
This Department of Sexual Health & HIV is one of London's leading integrated contraceptive and sexual health services seeing more than 50,000 clients a year in our busy walk-in and specialist appointment clinics over two sites, Denmark Hill and Beckenham Beacon.
This is a purpose built facility offering a full range of open-access, walk-in sexual health services and the management of sexually transmitted infections.
The department serves an ethnically diverse inner city population.
The post-holder will arrange delivery of training to clinical staff for their Sexual Health accreditation and fulfilling clerical duties in conjunction with the Medical Staffing Team Leader.

Course Administration
Planning of each course well in advance with service delivery/training manager, producing programmes for accreditation, inviting speakers, booking venues, arranging catering and producing teaching materials, handouts as necessary.
To assist with supervision of courses off site, ensuring their smooth running, looking after the interests of speakers, participants and liaising with catering and reception etc.
To be responsible for populating monthly MDT rota template in advance, for input by Rota SpR and other clinical staff.
