THE ROLE:

An experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor is sought after to join this long-established firm and deal with a full and varied caseload of civil litigation matters.

The caseload will be varied, and the appointed Civil Litigation Solicitor will be expected toadvise on all types of litigation matters including contract disputes, debt collection, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence and employment matters.

The role will be varied and the appointed Civil Litigation Solicitorcan expect to deal with a diverse caseload of litigation matters.

THE CANDIDATE:

Suitable Civil Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives will have some experience of dealing with all types of litigation matters and be looking for a supportive and encouraging work environment to deal with a varied caseload of litigation files.

The CivilLitigation Solicitor will be joining an expanding and busy office where you will be encouraged to develop new business into the firm, in particular commercial and contract litigation.

The appointed Civil Litigation Solicitor will show a willingness to continueto expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients.

Ideal Civil Litigation Solicitors will have at least 1 years
PQE in dealing with all types of civil litigation including but not limitedto professional negligence, inheritance issues, property disputes and contract disputes.
