What Will You Be Doing?

Are you taking care of Boels Rental in Hereford? You'll be placing, maintaining, cleaning and collecting the Bioboxes (portable site toilets).

This could range from a single Biobox on a building site to a hundred Bioboxes at a large event. Every day you receive a route/travel list. Of course, you will have your navigation system to help you find your way.

You start your working day from home; you can take the minibus home with you so that, if this is easier, you can start right away from home One day, a route could consist of cleaning the toilet units in your area and making them ready for use, another day you could be collecting and placing Bioboxes at a site and later in the week you could be scheduled to be at a music festival to maintain the toilets all day.

The job of Driver in Hereford is very diverse

Routes also change throughout the day, for example, when a construction site is closed down, or an event is closed down, or there are traffic disruptions or some colleagues needing your help.

The depot staff provide you with the latest information, and because you are flexible and stress-resistant, this only motivates you more

Alongside your operational tasks, you are responsible for keeping your minibus clean and you take care of minor maintenance, such as topping up oil and other fluids, inflating tyres, etc.

You will be in daily contact with Boels Rental customers, your colleagues at the Hereford depot and with the other branches of Boels Rental in your region.

You will be making a huge contribution to the efficiency of the team and you are always open to assisting your colleagues, should there be a lull in your driving tasks.

This depot is conveniently located just North of Hereford town centre, right by the A49 (Holmer Road/Newtown Road). It is also less than a 1 mile walk from Hereford Train Station.

To also become the best at Boels as a Driver, you have to:

Be over 21 (for insurance reasons)
Have at least 3 years of driving experience (for insurance reasons)
Possess a full, clean valid B Driving Licence
Able to work with mínimal supervision and manage your time appropriately
Be happy to clean and empty the portable toilets (bioboxes) as part of your daily tasks

A competitive annual salary ranging from £23,029 to £25,994 plus quarterly performance based bonuses. The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills/experience, relevant qualifications and performance
