Do you have experience of working in an Investment Back Office? Are you a good communicator with a great customer service ethic?

Our client, a leading provider of Group Insurance, is looking for a European Fund Administrator (Asset Servicing) to join their team.


Your responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Asset Servicing Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing businesscritical day to day Asset Servicing tasks
  • Setting up assets including equities, bonds, Derivatives
  • Updating and maintaining static data
  • Processing income in the Investment system and dealing with custodian income queries
  • Maintaining the income diary and Processing Tax Vouchers
  • Dealing with queries, operational issues and escalations
Your skills

  • Experience of working in an Investment Back Office preferably in an Asset Servicing function
  • Experience of working with Multifonds, Bloomberg AIM/terminal systems would be an advantage
  • Demonstrably high level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must with ability to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate numerical aptitude
  • 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths and English (or equivalent)
