We are looking for a administrator to join the Administration Team in the Day Surgery unit, Hub 14 at Castle Hill Hospital.
As an Administrator, you will support the administration team to manage the end to end clinical administrative processes associated to the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high quality administration service, for our patients and customers.
The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads.As an Administratoryou will be involved in the end to end patient pathway providing administrative support to our your line managers within Administration and the wider organisation.
This role is based at Castle Hill Hospital.
Our Administratorsplay a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team.
- Face to face Patient contact
- Admitting and Discharging patients on our busy reception desks
- Management of Pre
- Assessment / Theatre bookings
- Adding Patients to Access Plans / sending and managing PKB questionnaires
- Tracking and Prepping case notes
- Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
With a starting salary of £22,383 per Annam pro rata with increments throughout your service, a generous NHS pension scheme and a fantastic annual leave package (27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata) and offer excellent opportunities to progress within clinical administration.

HUTH provides specialist and tertiary services to a population of 1.25 million extending from Scarborough in North Yorkshire to Grimsby and Scunthorpe in North East and North Lincolnshire respectively.
