Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling efforts.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Stay uptodate on product and service offerings.

Salary:
£24,845.26-£26,947.72 per year
