A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a fast-paced business within the retail sector. This is a true generalist role where you will gain exposure to pretty much everything in HR

Below is an overview of the key things you will get involved in:

Advising Managers on all areas of HR
everything from performance and absence through to complex and high-risk cases
Conducting investigations
Supporting Managers through change processes such as departmental restructures
Delivering training material to Managers
Leading on recruitment and selection
Managing the onboarding process for new starters
Supporting with the whole employee lifecycle
Updating the HR system and producing reports
Building stakeholder relationships
Assisting with a variety of HR projects
