Our seven golf courses, including the Old Course are our core product and the principal core product but over recent decades our organisation as diversified and expanded to where we are today.


We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor, to join an excellent team to support the delivery of an exceptional dining experience to all our visitors and guests.

The individual will be responsible for;

  • Providing a warm welcome to all our guests and manage effective door control.
  • Ensuring and oversea that all staff deliver a quality food and beverage service to customers at all times by following the departmental order of service.
  • Allocating the daily zones, and write up the special and kitchen boards and sheets.
  • Carrying out full 'on the job' training to all staff and keep training records.
  • Coaching all staff to deliver a fivestar customer service experience.
  • Ensuring customer service levels are met and maintained at all times.
  • Being involved in the preparation and service of functions.
  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager with completion of Return to Interviews and the management of the team.
  • Delegation of duties to your team.
  • Controlling all necessary stock, products and materials and ensure that they are accounted for and presented.
  • Compliance with all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations and procedures. Staff records are updated accordingly.
  • Completing the final close down of the clubhouse restaurant and sign the sheet at reception to confirm the close down is complete.
  • Ensuring cleaning and housekeeping duties are completed daily.
  • Be a Food and Drink ambassador for the Links trust.
