Description
We are recruiting for a Trade Counter person on behalf of a growing Electrical Wholesaler in Leeds.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve customers on the trade counter and answer telephone enquiries
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Responding to and chasing quotes
  • Maintain and develop new and existing customer relationships
  • Prepare new displays for the trade counter with offers or new products
  • Provide high levels of customers service at all times
  • Dealing with customer queries and resolving any queries

Skills / Experience:


  • Electrical Wholesale experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability to work with a team and individually
  • Friendly, personable and able to build relationships with a variety of customers

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Experience:


  • Telesales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Electrical Wholesale or similar: 1 year (required)
Trade Counter: 1 year (preferred)
