Technical Consultant
Location Newport / London
Hours 37.5 hours per week. Office based.
Salary £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

An exciting opportunity has risen with our client in their Newport or London Office to become a part of their growing consultancy practice.

Acorn is now looking for an experienced IT professional with highly developed skills and previous experience in customermanagement and enterprise consulting.

Essential technologies:

VMware and Hyper-V
Designing/delivery of hardware such as Servers, Storage, Networking and Firewall (Dell, HPE, Cisco, FortiGate, WatchGuard)
M365 (complex Exchange Online migrations)
Associated technologies such as Zero Trust Identity and Modern Desktop (Intune/Endpoint Manager, and Hybrid Azure AD Join)
Strong knowledge of the complexities of migration and enterprise project exposure
Uptodate certifications on one or more relevant technologies

Desirable:

PowerShell scripting
Building, configuring, designing, migration of services into Azure and AWS
Deliver assessments for onPrem to Cloud migrations
Design and build secure Landing Zones
App modernisation
