Aspire People are seeking to appoint passionate and dedicated Graduates who are keen on working in local Schools as a Cover Supervisors.

We have a huge demand and work available immediately in your local area as and when you are available.

We work with a wide variety of schools from Primary, Secondary and Special Needs Schools across Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire and you will have the flexibility to work when you want with both full and part-time work available and can choose the schools thatbest suit you.

You will play a key role in engaging and helping pupils to achieve their potential combining your knowledge from your studies, tutoring/ teaching and implementing behaviour/ mentoring strategies when necessary in order to build strong relationships with students.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent Graduates or Degree qualified individuals at the beginning of their career journey. This could be the first step into building your CV and teaching or support career.
