Summary

We are providing an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extending it for an additional 6 months and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Responsibilities

You will proactively work with EMEA North Customer Success Partner (CSP) team to assist with Operational tasks.
You will be supporting the EMEA North CSP team in planning & execution of BTP Customer Events which are focused on Customer's Adoption & Consumption journey.
You will learn SAP Business Technology Platform on a conceptual level to understand how it fits in SAP's overall strategy.
You will work on necessary SAP tools & processes which are used by BTP CSP's.
You will be preparing reports/ dashboards to review the impact on activities in Customer's growth journey.
You will be encouraged to bring fresh & creative ideas to the team to sustainably increase consumption of SAP BTP services and coordinate activities with internal SAP stakeholders.
You will work with colleagues from a broad variety of groups within SAP such as Marketing, Cloud Success Services, CoE's, Account Teams, Presales, Product Management groups, Support, Services, Partners, etc.

Role Requirements

You have an interest in working in not only SAP's core technological area but also with the most strategic organisation in post-sales in the Cloud Business, as BTP CSP's are crucial to ensure the platform is fully adopted & consumed by each customer to secure SAP's revenue from BTP.

Future of Cloud Business is secured by various BTP domains covering SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud etc.

You will excel in this role if:

You are a fresh graduate or have 1-2 years of experience working in the IT industry.
You have basic knowledge of public cloud platforms and providers. (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, etc.)
You have excellent MS office skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
You have excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
You have excellent analytical skills.
You can learn and adapt to the unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
You have a focus on customer service mindset and customer empathy.
You enjoy problem solving.
Most importantly, if you have a 'Can Do' attitude, responsible & take accountability for your work & actions.
