We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of HR Operations to join our team, working closely with the directorate Senior Leadership Team to embed the Trust's People Plan for the next 5 years.
The postholder will be a critical member of the Senior Leadership Team within the function.A key focus of the role will be the continuous improvement of our recruitment and workforce information teams to support the Trust in achieving its strategic people priorities.
Being able to develop efficient and customer centric services is critical to the success of the role.
You will need to have senior level experience in HR/OD in an NHS or similarly complex environment and will need to have worked in a HR Business Partner role, with significant HR generalist experience at a senior level.
You will be required to deputise for colleagues in the department at a variety of forums and with a variety of stakeholders including colleagues operating at Sub-Board and Board levels.
You will also be required to represent the Trust at local, regional and national events and forums.
You will have successfully implemented large scale organisational change, and have considerable experience of developing and implementing HR & OD strategies, policies and procedures.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate a coaching style, and can respond positively in a fast paced and changing environment.
You will need to have excellent planning, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate others, and demonstrate a commitment to personal development, and dedication and enthusiasm for the HR & OD agenda.
