A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the busy office in the Cambridge office dealing with mortgages up to £800k, with an average property value of £500k

Main Duties:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with an established estate agency branch in the Cambridge area, dealing with mortgages up to £800k and an average propertyvalue of £500k.

This well-established estate agency branch is based in the city centre of Cambridge and in the local geographical area on average 95 properties are sold per month in the area.

New mortgage leads are referred to the Cambridge based mortgage broker or mortgage adviser on a daily basis.

As well as receiving new leads and enquiries, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will have unlimited and unrestricted accessto the branches database of existing clients of nearly 1800, where a remortgage service can be offered.

Working closely with the established team, this Cambridge estate agency branch offers an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser the opportunity to bank over £150,000 per annum, earning £65,000 plus.

Remuneration:

£24,000 - £28,000 basic, plus car or car allowance, financial guarantees to £40,000 for 6 months, OTE £45,000 year 1, £75,000 year 2

Key Skills:

As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Cambridge branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).

Applications will be considered from experienced mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers living in the Cambridge area, from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment.
