Customer Services Coordinator Job in Poole
Our well-established client based in Poole are recruiting a Customer Services Coordinator to


work as an integral part of the shared services team working across all areas including customer servicesorder processing and customer projects.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Telephone calls (inbound and outbound)
  • Documentation of calls
  • Providing timely responses to customer queries
  • Telephone Account Management
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Logging/updating call details and progress
  • Enter data and process orders through Company ERP, Ctrl Cloud and other webbased order channels, using a high level of keyboard skills
  • Record all order processing and sales order queries on Company CRM
  • A solid understanding of time scales and criticalness of projects. A good understanding of business processes and the workflows/approval processes.

Skills and Experience:


  • Ability to adopt the most appropriate approach, to maintain a needssatisfaction approach
  • Provide excellent customer experience
  • Ability to be proactive to maximise revenue
  • Ability to select appropriate style of language to maintain a positive client relationship
  • The ability to proactively manage expectations and to manage multiple team members ensuring they are always held accountable.
  • The ability to establish clear lines of communication and always adhere to company processes.

Salary and Benefits:


  • A salary of £25,000 £28,000 per annum
