  • This role is categorised as a _
    _roam__ role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we'll support you working from a variety of locations.

The Role:


We are seeking two team players who share our values to provide a planning service for the supply chain solutions across the Asset directorate and to co-ordinate our vehicle fleet.

As Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you'll ensure front line delivery teams have appropriate support to maximise productivity and service delivery.


Acting as a service area support champion, you'll assist with the supply chain contracts management and undertake a range of administrative and system maintenance duties to ensure that information is up to date and accurate.

This involves maintaining data associated with regulatory requirements for third party solution provisions, such as managed services, fleet management, and monitor, report and advise on the function performance.


The Person:


You don't necessarily need to have supply chain experience - we're looking for someone with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance our processes, with experience supporting a customer-driven service.


You'll be able to communicate effectively with a range of external and internal stakeholders and customers and you'll have a working knowledge of a range of Microsoft packages, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.


The role is varied so we're also looking for someone with good organisational and prioritisation skills, who can work well individually and as part of a team of 5 other Co-ordinators.
