Customer Communications Executive (German Language)
easyJet holidays is expanding into Europe, and we're really excited about it


To support our growth, we've created some new roles and are looking for a German-speaking Customer Communications Executive to help us talk to our new customers.


What you'll be doing:


The overall purpose of your role will be to create and translate content for our new customers in different European source markets, ensuring tone of voice consistency, providing guidance on market relevance, and working with other teams across our business such as PR, Legal and Technology to bring our customer communications vision to life.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our communications channels at different points of the customer journey such as pre-travel, on holiday or back home, and you'll also be part of our 24/7 on-call roster to support in the response to incidents or crises, or times of disruption that may require out of hours support.


Where you'll be working:

This role reports into Jo, who is our Senior Customer Communication Manager. Customer Communications sits within the Customer Experience Team which is part of easyJet holidays' Customer & Operations Function.

We're at the heart of our customer operation, with responsibility for ensuring our customers have brilliant experiences when holidaying with us.

Customer & Operations are responsible for designing the experience we want our customers to have, always being data led and informed by customer insight, before delivering brilliant holidays for our customers.

Working cross-functionally, the team is driving continuous improvements in customer experience, representing the voice of our customers across all parts of the business.


Who we're looking for:

First and foremost, you must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.


You'll also need to be highly organised, able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
