Description

Adecco are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and International HR Director for a company in Andover. This will be a temporary contract with an immediate start.

Role:
Executive Assistant


Pay Rate:
£22.00


Hours: 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday (35 hours) there is flexibility with regards to hours


This role can be hybrid with a mixture of working on site and working from home

Location:
Andover


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Effective and proactive diary and inbox management
  • Managing the CFO's and Internationals HR Directors calendars
  • Preparing responses, meeting material and other forms of communication
  • Submitting expenses
  • Arranging frequent travel arrangements
  • Organises regular meetings, both UK and internally

Skills and Experience:


  • Must have TWO or more years previous experience in a Senior Executive PA role
  • Be organised and proactive
  • Ability to manage Stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Skills
