Description

As Communications and Engagement Specialist for Future Hospital, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating communications and engagement to support delivery of the Future Hospital programme across a range of channels using mixed formats, including great written text, images, videos and audio podcasts.

This will involve ensuring that staff, stakeholders and the wider public:

- are well informed
- understand how the programme links with our strategy and vision and delivers against the health and care needs of our population
- have opportunities to engage and contribute to ensuring our plans benefit our communities.

Working closely with the Future Hospital programme team, you will map and build mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

You will use specialist skills in analysing audiences and listening to gain insight into what stakeholders want in two-way communications.

You will use this insight to engage with staff and key stakeholders.

You will support the Communications Team Leader to ensure alignment between corporate and programme communications and engagement and the provision of high quality, professional communicationsservices to successfully engage internal and external stakeholder groups.

As a skilled and qualified communications professional, you will be committed to best practice in communications and undertake continuous Professional Development in the field.
