We are looking for ambitious individuals to play a key role within our Multi Utility Operations team, specifically working with our Major Projects team.


You will:

  • Obtain all necessary information from our customers upon receipt of enquiry, enabling us to provide a full estimate and design SLAs and KPIs of missing information.
  • Oversee a high volume of utility projects from acceptance managing customers expectations and liaising between internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure SLAs are met for producing post acceptance designs and approvals SLAs for approval and rejections.
  • Be the main point of contact and the daytoday interface for both internal and external customers, overseeing the end to end process ensuring that the partnership between Fulcrum and our customers
  • Repeat business, decline in customer performance or contribution
  • Work closely with your regionally aligned Operations team and Operational Support team to ensure all relevant documentation is present and correct to enable work to be planned and delivered in agreed SLAs Deferrals and replans.

We require:

  • Excellent listening skills and be able to and communicate efficiently, verbally and written.
  • B2B or B2C experience in a previous role, knowledge of the utility industry and codes of practice.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • The ability to multitask and manage a high volume of projects, accounts or tasks simultaneously to a deadline.

Up to £28,000.00 per year
