WHAT TO EXPECT
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team responsible for guiding squads to plan and deliver work in a self-organised and cross-functional manner, to ensure maximum value delivery.
The main focus of the role is championing Scrum adoption and implementation across Finance Transformation and Enterprise Enablers focus being on Order fulfilment, Compliance and Financial service.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Guiding multiple squads to plan work through facilitating focused and engaging scrum events
- Be knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum so to educate others
- Coaching and upskilling scrum squads in becoming selforganised and crossfunctionality collaboration, ensuring adherence to agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Understanding and coaching squads to be high performing. Focusing squads on outcomes delivered and value delivered to the organisation.
- Identifying and facilitating in the removal of impediments and risks that are slowing down squad acceleration, as well as coaching squad members on how to remove impediments, leveraging servant leadership to support their autonomy and accountability, leveraging servant leadership to support their autonomy and accountability.
- Promoting empowerment and transparency in the squad. Coaching the squad through conflict and promoting squad members to check and challenge one another.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
As the Scrum Master, you'll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Scrum certification
- Agile Knowledge
- Ability to provide facilitation of process and cooperation
- Removing Impediments/Problem Solving
- Strong Communication
- Coaching and mentoring
- Active Listening
