Based at Ormskirk working in a busy Catering office, working on Catering systems and data entry for patient services, retail services and hospitality.
Supporting Management teamCommunicating with with clinical and Non-Clinical teams
Communicating with suppliers
'A can do attitude'
Maintain all operational procedures.
Maintain computerised records as appropriate.
Liaise with Team leaders and Service Managers.
Maintain accurate records for services that may require auditing by other bodies.
Reconcile deliveries with orders.
The Secretary of State has approved the partnership between St Helens & Knowsley Teaching Hospitals and Southport & Ormskirk Hospitals.
From 1stJuly we have come together as a single organisation under the name Mersey & West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Maintain stock levels to meet the demand of the service.
Ensure records are monitored and kept up-to -date to include price up-dates on all documentation Ensuring compliance to food safety
Ensure compliance of HACCP
Ensure personal training is at 100%
Communication skills essential for communicating with departments and suppliers
