Basic salary of Between £26,000-£28,000 (depending on experience) + excellent bonus (OTE Up to £40,000)

Our client is a fantastic, privately owned business that has grown significantly over the past 20 years and how has 650 employees across 16 dealerships.

They are now actively looking to recruit a Service Advisor for their dealership in Colindale.

With their excellent bonus schemes the Service Advisor can earn very good money - OTE Up to £40,000.

Being a Service Advisor for our client in Colindale is a fast paced and exciting role. You will be working as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business for the dealership.

Role overview:

Our client is looking for a passionate Service Advisor to join their dealership in Colindale


As a Service Advisor you will play a vital role within the dealership being the point of communication between the Technicians and our customers.

To be successful within this role, we do not require previous Automotive experience just a passion for providing great customer service, an ability to work in a proactive manner and a desire for no two working days to ever be the same


You will be provided with on-the-job training by your colleagues and managers and will be joining a supportive and friendly team at the Colindale dealership.


Key responsibilities:


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide best advice on any report repairs or additional service required, be able to sell with confidence and become their point of contact for the duration of their vehicle being within our Workshop.
  • Be able to provide updates and consultatively advise on repair work being or needing to be carried out:Create customer invoices and run through the work that has been carried out on their vehicle. Proactively reschedule appointments for the customer for any future vehicle maintenance or servicing.

About You:

Our client is looking for someone who comes from an Automotive Service Advisory background, skills required are:

  • An ability to provide tailored customer service and upselling to a wide range of customers.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication and updates.
  • Happy to manage your own workload and customer base.
