Commercial Litigator

High Wycombe/Remote

A top tier legal 500 firm require a Commercial Litigator, working with blue chip household name corporations, international organisations, building and construction companies and associated supply chain business and delivering services in accordance with the Firm's service level agreements.

Other duties include:

You will assist the Firm's clients with their commercial recovery, dispute resolution, litigation and insolvency requirements using a case management system.
Demonstrating detailed knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and commercial acumen to the Firms' clients.
Utilising a case management system for the issue of Court proceedings and obtaining Judgment in default.
Advising on and issuing all methods of enforcement appropriate to the Judgment amount and progressing each matter to its conclusion.
Assisting with disputed claims arising from breach of contract, claims based on personal guarantees, supply of goods and services, IT and consumables claims.
