Our Digital department has a number of teams:

Finance Team that assist and support customers who are looking at obtaining a line of credit to purchase a vehicle through Stoneacre Motor Group

The Role / Day to Day Duties:

Manage inbound and outbound telephone enquiries
No cold calling involved
Develop customer relationships by providing a simple, seamless, and efficient service
Prioritising workload
Operating within FCA guidelines
Go the "extra mile" to facilitate any sales quotas and future sales

Are You?

Confident in speaking on the phone
Sales driven
Ability to pick up systems and be confident with Microsoft office.
Ability to handle objections
Ability to work as a team as well as manage own time and daily activities

WE OFFER:

Our department is operational between the hours of 8:307pm Mon-Fri. Our two shift patterns being 8:304:30pm and 10:307pm.
1 in 3 weekends Sat 95pm Sun 10:304:30pm
37.5 hours per week pro rata.
22 days annual leave
Onsite parking and canteen
Close to Thorne North train station (4/5 minute walk)
Basic Salary of £20,000 / OTE of £22/30k excellent uncapped bonus structure, top achievers reaching £30k
