This is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapy technical instructor.

This role involves working with the inpatient physiotherapy team at Llandudno Hospital providing highly skilled support work and to contribute to the general running of the department.

You will work along side qualified physiotherapists and also have your own designated case load where you will deliver and progress therapeutic treatment programmes.

At times there may be a requirement to support the physiotherapy service at Colwyn Bay Community Hospital.

Previous experience working as a physiotherapy technical instructor would be desirable.


To assist the qualified physiotherapist in the overall physiotherapy management of patients in collaboration with carers, support workers, health staff and agencies.


Under the direction and guidance of the qualified physiotherapist, to manage and be responsible for their own clinical caseload of clients, following therapeutic programmes in order to improve their physical abilities and to minimise disabilities.

To work independently using own initiative, within level of competence.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
