Description
The opportunity for a permanent A&C Team Leader post within our Radiology Department

  • The post holder will be responsible for managing the outpatient and inpatientperformance, monitoring demand for the service and ensuring that the Radiology Department achieves its key performance and strategic objectives.
  • To line manage A&C Reception and Appointment staff.
  • Managing the day to day running of the A&C staff.
  • Monitor performance.
  • Work closely with management to maintain efficient service.
  • To be aware of Service and Trust policies and guidelines and ensure all these are adhered to.
  • To encourage teamwork by performing duties within other A&C teams as and when required.
  • To dress smartly in accordance with the requirements of the Service, adhering to the
Departmental A&C Dress Code.

  • To maintain behaviour in keeping with a member of the professional team and to cooperate
with and gain an understanding of the professional roles of others.
