Description


As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of call for clients and third parties handling a variety of queries ensuring all are resolved and a high level of service is being provided.


The role will be extremely fast paced and you will ensure a high level of client care is provided at all times.


Profile
Previous customer service experience required either in a Contact Centre Environment or Retail and Hospitality.

We are also looking for the below

Driven and customer service centric

Able to work in fast paced environment

Excellent organisation skills
