We are looking to employ a highly motivated and organised individual to join our busy Reception team in the Accident and Emergency Department.

The post will involve dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries and a full range of administrative and clerical duties. The Department is extremely busy and the work is challenging, fast moving and sometimes of a sensitive nature.

You must have excellent customer service skills, be dedicated and courteous. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent keyboard skills.

You must be able to deal with sensitive/confidential issues, be flexible and be a team player and ready for the challenge that this demanding but rewarding role will present.

You may be required to cover both early, late, night and weekend shifts.
