Summary

The Governing board of Leyland Methodist Schools are seeking to appoint an excellent teaching assistant level 3 to join our dedicated staff team.

This role is a great opportunity to work across both our Infant and Junior Schools.

The post holder will work in the Junior School each morning providing in class support for English and maths lessons.

In the afternoons, the post holder will provide PPA cover for the staff teaching team in the Infant School
Leyland Methodist Schools is a federation of Leyland Methodist Infant School and Leyland Methodist Junior School.

The two schools sit adjacent on the same site and have been working closely together since July 2019 and formally federated in April 2020.

The Governing Board are looking for someone who has the following characteristics:
