Position Summary

Progress Housing Group are looking for a Housing Officer to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to create high-quality homes, support independence, and foster opportunities for individuals and communities.


As a Housing Officer, you will handle tenancy management, addressing low-level tenancy enforcement issues, and collaborate with the Community Safety Team to refer more complex cases.

You will support other teams across the group in relation to income collection and additional works, providing key information to the Supported Living Housing Manager for performance reports.


You will manage daily operations for supported living schemes in Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Sheffield, and North Lincolnshire, establishing links with external bodies and conduct property visits.

This is a full-time role working for 36.25 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
