Multi-skilled Technician, Salisbury, £18 - £24p/hr (Monday - Friday)

Client:


Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Multi-skilled Technician to join a large Public Sector organisation in Salisbury for a initial 6 month assignment (with extension opportunities).

The assignment can start immediately.


Role:

The role forms part of a busy Estates Team, who provide an Hard FM service to the organisation's sites, duties will include;

  • Carry out planned maintenance, fault finding, installation and reactive repairs work
  • Maintain and repair installations, plant and equipment to keep unplanned downtime to a minimum.
  • Mechanical (plumbing, HVAC)
  • Learn new techniques to develop skills as appropriate to ensure that the most effective methods are used in the course of your work.

Person:


  • Experience within an electrical/mechanical/building bias role
  • Previous experience of working within public buildings would be advantageous
