Business Development Manager - Data Storage Solutions

Up to £60,000 + Uncapped OTE (£100k +) + Benefits

London (office/field based)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly driven Data Storage Business Development Manager to join one of the UK's leading IT Solution providers, who have built strong partnerships with top global technology providers such as Dell, HPE and Apple, toname a few


Our client is seeking a real go-getter who has a consistent high-performance sales track record in the IT Sales market, working for an
IT Reseller.

The position is predominantly new business focused and will involve a high level of telephone based sales activity, as well as meeting clients face-to-face in order to fully understand their business needs.


You will have a strong understanding of data storage technical solutions and you will work alongside a team of technical specialists, as well as receiving support from our clients vendor partners, to assist you in developing tailored solutions to meet clientneeds.


The successful Business Development Manager will possess:

  • Experience in selling cloud & on-premises data storage solutions (Quantum, Pure Storage, Dell EMC etc) to the corporate & enterprise market space
  • A real passion and drive for hunting down new business
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to communicate and build relationships
  • Excellent presenting and client facing skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate client requirements
  • Strong planning, organization and reporting skills
  • Demonstrable background of generating and maintaining strong annual GP figures
On offer, is a base salary between £45,000 - £60,000 (negotiable dependant on experience) with uncapped OTE, (£100k + ), along with a fantastic company benefits package, hybrid working and excellent career prospects
