An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Proposition Executive in the Cards business within Everyday Banking.

Join a team passionate about delivering excellence in customer experience and become part of a dynamic and growing Global Cards business and help shape innovative new solutions and customer propositions for credit and debit cards.


This position has responsibility for developing and managing customer propositions and strategies related to cards, with a focus on the value propositions and the acquisition of new credit card customers.

It is a commercially orientated role with a strong emphasis on creating good outcomes for customers and the Bank.


The difference you'll make.

  • Supporting achievement of commercial objectives including P&L, balances, and loyalty.
  • Working with crossfunctional teams to help design and deliver targeted customer campaigns.
  • Tracking and improve key customer and commercial outcomes such as activation, usage, digital adoption, and loyalty.
  • Owning product management activities such as communications reviews & journey improvements.
  • Managing day to day project delivery including governance and KPI tracking.

What you'll bring.

  • Commercial understanding coupled with ability to analyse information and data.
  • Being able to translate commercial, market and customer analysis/ research into insight and business cases that are clear and compelling.

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Capacity to effectively prioritise work to deliver against objectives.
  • Balancing commercial and customer elements of product within a framework of robust risk management.
  • Ability to work with and influence stakeholders and their teams.

What else you need to know.
This is a Permanent role with Hybrid working of 2 days at office.

Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft teams as needed.
