The Property

  • Our client is an International Company who are seeking an experienced Head of Revenue with branded hotel experience:
  • International hotel company
  • Managing branded hotels across the UK
  • Investment planned
  • London Head Office
  • Hybrid role

The Head of Revenue will- Review hotel performance with the General Manager & Revenue Managers

  • Set strategy and create outputs which drive performance, short, medium and long term etc
  • Implement standards of practice and processes
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Team
  • Maximise all sales opportunity's
  • Experience of Opera, Ideas etc would be an advantage.
As Head of Revenue you will have- Worked in a similar position or Commercial Directors role

  • Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic processes
  • Great man management, leadership and communication skills
  • Great organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability
  • Be accountable and resilient
  • Agility to respond to different work situations
