Qualifications & Experience:
" Will possess the P402, P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
" Have significant experience working within an asbestos surveying and air-testing/air-monitoring within the asbestos industry.
" Experience with managing own work load and providing a consultancy service to clients would be advantageous
" Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
" Be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Key Responsibilities:
" Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties.
" Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various sites - commercial and industrial.
" Overseeing asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they comply with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.
" Collating and producing asbestos reports as and when required.
" Establishing and maintaining a good working rapport with the company's portfolio of clients.
