I am representing a multi sector Creative Communications agency that work across the Consumer, FMCG, Luxury, Food & Beverage sectors (and many more).

With offices based outside and in central London, they are looking to grow rapidly.


This boutique agency is seeing an enthusiastic Events consultant who is looking to further their career by learning from a highly experienced and dedicated senior management team.

The role will encompass all areas of communications, with a focus on events,content writing and media relations


You will:

  • Support the senior leadership (Account Manager & Account Director) with delivery of major project by understanding the client brief and relaying key information to internal teams.
  • Taking responsibility for all content solutions including video, PPT and animation
  • Completing all paperwork defined to ISO9001 standards
  • Taking ownership of smaller projects which includes assisting budget, briefing internal departments, content development and client liaison
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing client base. Taking full responsibility of lower level client relationships
  • Attending new business/BD meetings with senior management team (Account Managers and Account Directors).
  • To complete H&S paperwork as required as well undertaking essential First Aid training
  • Accountable for keeping CRM updated with client and supplier contacts

  • A well organised and selfassured individual with strong attention to detail
  • Selfstarter/autonomous, with ability to take ownership and responsibility
