We are working with a fast-growing, innovative telecommunications company in London that provides ultra-fast, reliable, and affordable broadband services to residential and business customers.

They are looking to grow from 500,000 connections today to 2.2 million by 2024.

To ensure they hit this growth target, they are looking to add a couple of Telesales Supervisor to their telesales team of 25-30 people.

There are plans to raise the team to 40 in the new financial year.

They are prepared to pay a salary of up to £25,000-£35,000 with an uncapped commission scheme, which should pay an additional £10,000 if you hit your realistic targets, but this is uncapped, so the only limit to your earning potential is your drive

You will be responsible for:

Supervising and motivating a team of telesales agents to achieve their individual and team targets.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of each team member and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Managing the telesales pipeline to ensure all leads and sales opportunities are being followed up promptly and effectively.
Closing off new sales opportunities.

This role will be based in their head office in Chancery Lane and shifts will be rota'd between Mon-Sat 09:00-20:00.

Salary:
