You will be representing a wide range of clients, from national household names to public bodies, making for a challenging yet rewarding working lifestyle.
The Role:
- The Firm are looking for an ambitious Commercial Associate to join their office in Manchester, with hybrid working in place
- Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the Commercial team are widely regarded for their specialist knowledge in public sector services, acting for local governments, police & fire authorities, universities and NHS bodies
- To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering all aspects of public sectorrelated matters, including procurement law matters, commercial contracts, major projects (infrastructure & IT), grant funding agreements and alternative delivery models for public bodies
- As an Associate, you will also assist the partners on their caseload and get involved in business development
- You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development you will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your Commercial & public sector network
- A qualified Commercial Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
