An excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a dynamic, inclusive Aberdeen based company on a Temp to Perm basis.
The Supply Chain Administrator's role is to accurately enter customer orders into the system, create customers dispatch paperwork and ensure daily invoicing is completed timely and submitted correctly onto the customers various systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strive to deliver customer service excellence through accurate data entry of customers' orders and timely submission of required dispatch and invoicing documentation
- Ensure daily invoicing is completed and submitted correctly onto various systems/portals
- Accurately and efficiently prepare customers dispatch paperwork
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Computer literacy Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Sage 200
- Team player mentality willingness to perform own role to achieve customer expectations and, if required, any other task that can be competently performed required to meet this goal
- Previous customer service experience in a face paced sales environment would be advantageous
