We are working with a Boutique accountancy firm based in North London who are eager to find a driven and motivated Audit & Accounts Manager to join their small but growing team.

Your role as an Audit & Accounts Manager:

  • Managing audits from planning through to completion and ensure client deadlines are met
  • Liaising directly with the clients and identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio
  • Assisting with target setting and department budgeting
  • Mentoring new trainees and supporting them with their learning and development
  • Networking to promote the department and company

What you'll need to succeed:


  • ACA or ACCA qualified with audit experience within practice
  • Technically proficient in both audit and accounting
  • Experience managing your own portfolio
  • Supervisory experience with strong mentoring leadership abilities
  • Ability to embrace new technology
