My client is a growing business and they are currently looking to recruit a Head Of People to help in the continuing development of the business.

You will be integral to strengthening the conditions for the company to deliver on their purpose.

A key member of their Management Team, you will act as a trusted advisor to the MD, Founder and their Management Team peers, working closely with them to driveperformance at every level around their Values.

A champion of Growth Mindset and the power of positive change, you will build strong, trusted relationships, whilst being capable of challenging existing viewpoints and making tough decisions when needed.

Key focus areas are:

Internal comms: Owning, driving and improving the team calendar including weekly 121s and Monday morning meetings, monthly management team meetings and review sessions, monthly team socials, quarterly all company meetings

Onboarding:developing and managing best-in class onboarding
-
Training/Learning & Career Planning: Building organizational capability to enable rapid growth through talent acquisition, functional and leadership training, learning and development including PDPs, which all drives team development andimproved engagement

Benefits: to drive maximum team and individual engagement (pension/healthcare etc.), and recognition and reward strategy

Goal-setting: Championing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive laser-focused planning, prioritization and company-wide, team and individual objective-setting to deliver the doughnuts

Values: Partnering the Management Team to truly bring to life their purpose, values and mantras in all they do. A trusted and approachable soundboard

This role will be based out of their offices in Holborn 3 out of 5 days a week
