Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Paralegal in their Contentious Trusts & Probate team.

You will be assisting current members of the unit with the management of existing clients, together with building on the client base already established in thearea, via business development strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and very experienced Contentious Trusts & Probate team.

The role will involve dealing with the following areas, which it would be desirable (although not essential) you have experience in: Will validity claims

Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 197
Estate administration disputes
PR and/or trustee disputes
Proprietary estoppel claims
Construction/rectification claims
Challenges to gifts made in lifetime
Trust disputes

Essential skills for this role include, attention to detail and excellent time management, a methodical approach to work, a professional and attentive telephone manner along with first-rate communication skills as client contact will be considerable.
